Coasteering is an activity of overcoming various obstacles along the coastline. With monitoring by professionals.
Circuit with several natural obstacles such as cliffs, caves and unexplored trails. In a combination of various activities such as abseiling, walking along unexplored trails, climbing, slide, swimming and jumping into the water. An activity with a high level of adrenaline and emotion.

 

Note: None of the obstacles is mandatory, there is always an alternative so that we can continue the route.

 

Duration: between 2 to 4 hours depending on group dynamics

 

Locations:

1) Arrábida

Beaches at Arrábida, more specifically at Alpertuche beach to be held during high tide. More dynamic event and visit to the caves.

Includes: all the equipment needed to carry out the activity, with the exception of shoes and shorts

2) Sesimbra

To be held on the coast of Sesimbra, boarding at the Port of Sesimbra. Activity of greater extension and more radical.
